The Swim Faster Program
I combine observation and swimming experience to develop a program that embeds improved freestyle swimming in mindset and muscle memory.
You will learn drills and strategies to swim faster and relaxed.
One-on-One Sessions
These sessions are conducted at the Monona Grove HS pool during lap swim hours. Choose 6 or 8 sessions.
