Managing Deep Water
This program teaches you how to swim in deep water. With your instructor in the water at your side, you will learn about how your body stays buoyant in water over your head, floating and bobbing in the water. Once you’re relaxed and comfortable, we’ll explore how you can get to the bottom, and how you can stay in the water for many minutes. While an important survival skill, this program opens up possibilities to start diving, snorkeling or playing in the deep end.
